The practice was engaged by the Statutory Receiver and NAMA and to provide planning
services in for the development of a mixed use development masterplan on a 15 ha
Docklands site to provide 3,500+ residential units, 120,000 sq m of office, retail and
commercial space, and community and recreational uses. The practice provided planning
guidance for a masterplan incorporating a Development Block Strategy, Public Realm
Strategy and Services Infrastructure Masterplan that informed the preparation of the
Poolbeg West Planning Scheme. The practice managed the preparation a planning
application for all Phase 1 Infrastructure and Public Realm, including EIAR and NIS.
